  Hi, I did with a group and a professional tour guide. We tried to do in our own but nobody in Kalaw didn´t want to transport our backpacks to Inle lake.
  But It is possible to do by yourself if you carry with your bakpack.
  Anyway the cost is only 32 USD for 3 days/2nights trekking, full board and room in a homestay and in a budish monastery, including the boat in the inle lake.

  I dont remeber the name but they are always in the Guesthouse Golden Lilly. Cheap option but very basic.
