This trail is a great scenic trail that can be completed in 1 day but is better to do it in 2 days. Beware of the locked gates 1 and 2 that has bypass with difficulty) but gate 3 has no bypass and we had a local ranchero open for us. Plan on about 10 hours for the total trip...
