This road starts at the 3 km mark of the sleeping beauty logging road.
There are many branches on this road new and old, if you stick to the well beaten path you'll eventually end up across from the backside of Sleeping Beauty Mountain where you can also see the snowcapped mountains of Alice Peak and Mount Kenney.
The main road is in pretty good condition and not overgrown with trees, something bigger than a car would be suggested and 4x4 will help on some of the hills where there is loose rocks and gravel, but a 2 wheel drive well more than likely make it the entire route as well.
