This loop start with a easy dirt road that leads up to the Flat Top fire tower.
Remainder of the trail follows an overgrown cutline with evidence of some ATV activity. Great views of Lesser Slave lake.
Hard dirt and rock. Dirt road up to the fire tower can be very muddy and slick after rain.
Once offroad, several steep inclines/declines on round rock and fairly easy avoidable mud wholes makeup most of the challenges on this trail.
