Nain to Conche Bay

A short afterrnoon run. Had a rare boil-up along shore just above the Conche Bay rattle, i.e. an area of water kept open by the tide. A partridge hung around nearby...its calls made Nancy think her phone was ringing!! Went down to the rattle to pick a few mussels but the tide was coming in so we were too late. The going is as smooth as I've ever seen it, not a rock in sight.
