Hello, since few months I don't receive anymore the email with track uploaded in the surrounding of mine.
It was very useful feature to discover some new trails.
Anyone with the same issue?

I checked your account and everything seems fine. Since you have a custom domain, can you check on your end? When was the last email you received?

The last email that I received with "new activity Wikiloc" that is the mail with trails near mine upload from other user is dated back to 4th may.

Which setting do I have to check inside my custom domain?

Which email hosting do you use? It looks to me like your email hosting provider is dropping our emails.

The strange thing is that I regularly receive emails from wikiloc (followers, comment) but not the one that advise me about the new tracks uploaded near mine.

Please tell them to whitelist 88.198.0.10 as a sender IP for wikiloc.com.

they told me they haven't any blacklist on ip 88.198.0.10 and this morning they have traced an email from apache@forum.wikiloc.com

I don't know why I receive all emails from Wikiloc but NOT the one with the new track uploaded near mine...

Just for info: I still continue to receive emails that I have new followers, but not the ones uploaded by user near me.
It is a mistery...

I will look into this as soon as I have some free time. Everything you describe (not receiving some of the emails) points to your hosting company blocking one of our email servers, but I need to check logs.
