Dear claudio I checked the open cycle maps in your rout it seams every thing is correct at all and the track begin from 2170 up to 3150 more or less with 1200 meters gain.
As i saw and you noted the only problem happen is there in the ''gain'' calculation and this happen between kilometers 2-5 in the track based on your device miss-connection with satellite ( see the jump of graph in this zone) and make sum of gain more than it was . this was happen for me many many times and in the first i was surprised like you, but I have a comment for you : take it easy.

Dear karel I checked open cycle map of your track. the problem is that during the start zone of your track (500 meters) and maybe in first 10 minutes of track your device connection was not completed with satellites ( at least 3 one) and 1140 recorded 820. so it is better before starting record after opening gps of your device, wait 10 minutes then push start button. In this case the start altitude begin from correct point after connection was completed, like that was recorded 5 minutes later. also be care that inside car the connection may be semi and after leave the care wait 10 minutes. in the up left of your device an icon of gps is going to be flashing during the completion processes wait to fix this.

Dear Mohamad,
Thank you for your answer and the solution is clear. It is the icon left from "Live routes?" I never knew that was for the GPS fix
